In 2018, we moved to employee ownership and established a cultural development programme which allowed everyone in the company to define our culture and values. We found out what Quorum employees truly care about and we use that as a steer for the company. Our values are a natural progression of how Quorum has grown and evolved and is driven by behaviours from the leadership team and every one of our employees.
