IT Service Management
Our experienced Service Delivery Managers (SDM) are your champion in Quorum and a single point of contact for you. They ensure that the IT service provided by Quorum meets our agreed SLAs, which includes taking responsibility for managing other third party suppliers involved in your IT service. They are also responsible for delivering any service improvements identified within the IT roadmap to ensure continuous improvement of your IT Service. Your SDM ensures your requirements are a top priority and they work in partnership with you to ensure optimum service delivery.
Our Service Desk provides a single point of contact for all service related issues, managing end user support, responding to alerts and delivering proactive service improvement changes. Most companies prefer service desk services to be delivered locally and our managed service accommodates this by having either a full-time team on your site or for smaller clients we can arrange what we term “walkabout Wednesdays” ensuring a weekly client site visit to deal with support issues face to face. This is combined with support from our Quorum Service Operation Center in Edinburgh, ensuring that you always have access to remote support during times when there is no on-site service.
