End User Support
Quorum can provide end user and deskside support with a ‘concierge’ level of service. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer satisfaction built by developing real relationships with our clients and their users – you’ll actually get to know our support team. Quorum staff the Service Desk with more senior and experienced individuals than is typical. This means that the person picking up your call or support ticket provides all levels of support and will be able to identify the root cause and fix the issue. If required, this team can escalate to both the infrastructure and development experts.
