We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solutions Provider IT Consultancy firm in Scotland who currently hold 5 out of 6 Microsoft Designations and 3 specialisations in Calling for Microsoft Teams, Cloud Security and Identity and Access Management.

The role includes:

• Full responsibility for the development lifecycle of projects within a wide variety of clients, working with our team of expert developers.
• Opportunity to help shape and evolve our Power Platform capabilities and offerings.
• Rapidly understanding complex requirements to develop the best solutions for Quorum and its clients alike.
• Preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifics.
• Direct interaction with our clients to assess their requirements, work with them to deliver effective solutions, and provide first-class service.
• This is a customer-focused role where you will have the ability to manage your workload effectively to deliver and achieve client goals to a high standard.
• You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing systems using innovative software solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Opportunity to mentor and lead more junior developers as we increase low-code adoption.

What we are looking for:

• A pragmatic self-starter with a positive attitude and a thirst for knowledge.

• A solid understanding of working within an agile environment.
• Proficiency in software design principles and best practices, particularly DevOps and CI/CD.

• Experience in Azure Cloud Development and Deployment, especially in CI/CD DevOps environments, using Infrastructure as Code where applicable.
• Knowledge of any web frameworks (AngularJS/React/Bootstrap, etc.) may be advantageous.
