Training and knowledge transfer

 
Quorum has a great deal of experience in ensuring our clients have all the necessary knowledge to successfully use the systems and applications we develop on their behalf.  We have developed a methodology which we use for successful knowledge transfer.
 
This includes ensuring our client has all of the following, where necessary:
 
Documentation – including support documentation, user guides, technical documentation such as network structure maps etc.
Training – User training in the form of group workshops, one-to-one training, phone-based training.
Agreed measurements – To ensure successful knowledge transfer it is necessary to agree successful measurement standards which can be applied post implementation.  We work together with our clients to agree these measurements up front, which inevitably vary from project to project.
