Our Project Managers utilise PRINCE 2 based methodologies and have been responsible for delivering such high profile projects as the Ulster Bank to RBS migration and implementation of a 3rd party time sheeting and project management system for 5,000 users at RBS.
Liaising with technical staff, business stakeholders, suppliers and vendors, resource management of internal and external resources and suppliers, and reporting to Senior Management teams, are all skills that we have developed and use every day within our clients.
Our Project Managers are involved in programmes with budgets of millions of pounds and are responsible for delivering a coherent solution on time, in budget and within the client’s governance. Often these clients will use their own variations of project management systems which we adapt to when asked.
