You have TOTAL control over which alerts are routed to you, with this being fine-tuned on an ongoing basis.
Every month, we will provide you with a summary report, which will highlight all the issues, warnings and alerts from the previous month, while also allowing you to analyse the long-term health of your infrastructure and plan ahead for any upgrades, patches or service improvement.
